Data spatialization on maps: You can configure the form to store the coordinates of the locations where the forms are filled out. This way, through the computer, you can view on Coletum's interactive map where the data was collected.
Integration via Web Service: Coletum allows you to integrate your data with third-party tools, such as Power BI, Excel, and other analysis solutions. This functionality provides flexibility to expand your analysis capabilities and use the collected data more comprehensively.
Do I need internet to fill out the forms?
No, you don’t! You can fill them out using your phone or tablet without needing to be connected. When there is a connection, with one click the data is sent to a secure server and is instantly available for viewing and downloading from your computer.

Can I fill out my forms on a computer?
Yes! In addition to phones or tablets, you can also use your computer to fill out the forms without needing to install specific or complicated programs. Coletum works directly in browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and even Internet Explorer.

Absolutely! Coletum’s data is hosted on the Google Cloud Platform (Google’s hosting and server service). Our company has over 15 years of experience focused on the security of customer data and applications. Thus, Coletum and your data benefit from the same security model as Google applications, such as Gmail, Google Apps, and many others.

What can I do with my data?
