Introduction
We will provide a detailed overview of the Coletum interface, from the moment you access the web platform, highlighting the main sections and features.
The Coletum interface is designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing you to quickly access the information and tools you need.
When accessing the web platform, the following sections will be presented on the screen:
1. My Data and Account (top bar)
2. Account features (overview)
3. Performance charts (overview)
4. Main menu (left sidebar)
1. My Data and Account
Account Name and User Name: Displays the account name (left) and the logged-in user name (right) in the section, allowing you to view and update the data.
Language and Notifications: Icons that allow you to change the interface language and access personal settings, ensuring a personalized experience.
2. Resources in Use
Monitor and manage the usage of your account's resources.
Number of enabled forms
Total number of submissions received
Storage usage
Active users
3. Performance Charts
Track your submissions with real-time updated charts. Choose the data period displayed: 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months.
Submissions per Day: total submissions received within the selected period.
Submissions per Form: analysis of forms based on the number of submissions received for each.
Submissions per Team Member: total submissions received by each team member.
4. Main Menu
Use the main menu to find all sections and access the Coletum environments.
Understand each of them:
Overview: A summary of forms and real-time submissions.
Forms: direct access to the forms environment. Any action related to forms and received submissions will be in this environment: creation, editing, deletion of forms; viewing and exporting submissions; editing permissions, charts, and public links.
Categories: Below the Forms section, the existing categories and their respective forms are presented, facilitating access and management.
Options:
Create a form: form creation environment.
Manage my forms: form management environment (same path as the direct option “Forms”).
Categories: to create, edit, or delete categories.
Team: Allows team member management, such as adding new members or editing existing ones.
Map: Provides a geographic visualization of the collected data, essential for spatial analyses.
Web Service: Web service integrations available to expand functionalities and subsequent analyses of collected data.
Plans: Information about the platform's subscription plan options.
Subscription: Information about your current subscription.
Suggestions: Area dedicated to new ideas and user feedback. Collaborate with us and leave your suggestions!
Navigation Tips
Use the side menu to quickly access the main features, saving time.
Monitor storage usage and the number of active users in the top bar for better resource management.
Explore the suggestions section to contribute to platform improvements and adapt the system to your needs.
