Recovering your login
Not logged in and need to change your password? Follow these steps:
Access the Coletum web login and click on the option Forgot your password?
Or directly through this Link.

Enter your Coletum user email and click on Recover password.

You will receive an email with the link to set up a new password. Check your inbox (or spam, if necessary).

Password reset within Coletum
If you are logged in and just want to change your password:
Click on your username in the upper right corner > My data
Option Change password
Enter your current password and the new one.
If you want to disconnect your devices to log in again with the new password, select the box below.
Click on Save.
