Updating Name, Logo, and Phone Number
Log in to your administrator Coletum account
Find the account name in the upper left corner of the screen
Click on Manage accounts
The Accounts section shows your Coletum accounts and provides the options menu for:
Access the account
Edit
Delete
Access the account: if you have more than one account, you can use this option to switch from one account to another.
Edit: use this option to change your account details: name, logo, and phone number.
Delete: to permanently delete your Coletum account. When selecting this option, the following window is displayed:
If you choose to delete your account, we suggest exporting your already collected data first to ensure you have a backup of your information before the permanent deletion. To learn more about this action, check the article How to Export My Data?
Also consider that, if you need to resume your activities on Coletum at another time, with the deletion you will have to start from scratch with a new account.
If that is the case, you can simply cancel your subscription and keep the account active. The Coletum account is only deleted due to inactivity if it is not accessed for 1 year. If you log in to the account before this time, it is maintained, and your data remains safe and saved.
After making the necessary changes, click on Save to confirm.
