You can use both the web platform (website) and the mobile app to respond to your forms.
Web platform
Log in to Coletum web
In the main menu, go to the Forms section.
Identify the form you want to fill out, and choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Click the Actions button > Add a response
Option 2: Access the form by clicking its name, and then select the option Add a response
You will be directed to the response screen. Answer the questions, ensure no required fields are left blank, and proceed to the final step.
At the end, you can click Submit to save your response and finish, or Submit and add another to save and automatically start a new response.
To view your responses, access your form again: main menu > Forms > select the desired form. If you need to edit a response, just click its Actions button > Edit.
Coletum Application (app)
To get started, make sure you already have the app installed on your mobile device (if needed, refer to the article How to install the Coletum app).
To complete your forms via the app:
Access the app and log in with your Coletum user
On the home screen, access the option Forms
Next, you will see the list of all forms you have access to. Click on the "+" icon to start a new form.
After completing the form, you will have three options:
Save: saves the form in the app's queue, where it waits for the next synchronization step.
Save and add another: saves the form in the app and opens a new form to add.
Save as draft: saves a draft of the form. To synchronize it, you will need to re-enter the draft and confirm the Save option, thus allowing it to synchronize.
Note: The Coletum app is designed for data collection. For other actions, such as reviewing, managing, and analyzing the collected data, the web platform is the right channel.
Thus, when you sync your responses from the app, they are saved on the server and leave the app, becoming available on Coletum web.
