How to update the account owner?

Introduction

This article will guide you through the process of updating the owner's information, including name, email, password, and contact phone number.

Important: To make these changes, you must be logged in as the respective owner user.

Step by Step

1. Log in with the owner user on the Coletum web

2. In the upper right corner, click on the displayed username

3. Select the option My Data

4. You can update the following data:

• Name

• Email

• Preferred time zone

• Password

5. After making the changes, enter the current password and click Save, for validation

By following these simple steps, you can keep the account owner's information always up to date on Coletum, ensuring a safer and more efficient experience with the platform.
