How to change my current plan?

Need to change your current plan? See how to upgrade or downgrade easily.

Standard plan options

  • Access the main menu > Plans

  • Check your current plan and the other available plan options

Changing the plan

  • Choose the desired plan

  • Select the monthly or annual option

  • Click on Choose this

  • On the next screen, provide the tax information, whether you are an individual or a company.

    • Information used for issuing and sending the Electronic Invoice.

  • Make sure all the information is correct, and click on Save.

  • Check the final information, select the payment method and details, and click on Sign to complete the process.

Important Points

  • From this point, the validity of your plan is updated to the same date as the change.

  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
